Sad farewell to Green hand and friends they have to go into hibernation until next year when they will be back. ‪#‎CTBW

You can travel anywhere across the West of England zone for £7.50 or the new plus zone for £10. Family West of England costs £15 and plus costs £20 ( up to five people, max of two adults on the plus zone ticket ) Great value if you need to catch several First buses to reach your destination. word of caution to those considering a trip to Corsham, Chippenham or Devizes on these First tickets - you'll be fine on a Sunday or if you're making a return trip during the evening, but daytime Monday to Saturday services to these destinations are now operated exclusively by Faresaver. You're still able and encouraged to make the journey, but you'll need a different or extra ticket. First bus have altered some of the bus numbers that are shown on the map the 377 bus to Yeovil is now the 77 and the 375 is now the 55 both can be picked up from Wells

Total cost of our trip from Frome to Glastonbury Via Bristol and Wells

After window shopping in Glastonbury we caught the Mendip Xplorer back to Wells were we had a look around Wells market. Lucy bought a lot of cheap plants from the market before we caught the 174 back to Bath to pick up the 267 to get us both home. We travelled on 6 buses to get us from Frome to Glasonbury and back home all for £7.50 using a First west of England day ticket #CTBW
Green hand tried to flag down a buses of Somerset bus in Glastonbury. Silly green hand was on the wrong side of the road so the bus didn't stop

Top deck seats at the front on the Mendip Xplorer all the way from Bristol to Glastonbury. Only the best seat for Green hand ‪#‎CTBW

The Mendip Xplorer bus runs every half an hour from Bristol and can take you across the stunning Mendips to Wells, Glastonbury and Street. The Mendip Xplorer also has FREE wifi shame they didn't have charger points for phones. Lucy's phone lost battery in Wells and I had just enough battery left to take some shots in Glastonbury after taking so many pictures and Videos of our journey ‪#‎CTBW‬
